About the Event
Get ripped and get rockin'! Combination of Yoga + Pilates with the addition of lightly weighted exercise drumsticks, also known as "Ripstix". Classes are 55 minutes long and will be held indoors at a local studio. Students will be socially-distanced for safety. Masks will be required at entry, although not while excercising.Â

Cost: $15/class + the purchase of Ripstix. (Discounts available for adults who have children enrolled in CSD Kid Classes, and multiple weekly classes).Â
