Below are some important notes for a fantastic Mommy and Me Yoga class:

1. Arrival Time: Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in comfortably before the class starts.
2. Comfortable Attire: Wear clothing suitable for yoga practice. Layers are recommended for adjusting to room temperature.
3. Bring Your Mat: Bring your own yoga mat if you have one. A limited number of mats will be available for borrowing if needed.
4. Hydration: Remember to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during the session.
5. Snacks for Kids: If your child needs a snack, please bring something light and non-messy to enjoy after class. No food is allowed on the dance floor.
6. Class Format: The class will feature gentle yoga poses for both moms and kids, along with interactive activities to engage with your child.
7. Respectful Environment: Please help create a calm and respectful environment so everyone can enjoy the class.
8. Parental Participation: This class is designed for both moms (or caregivers) and kids, so active participation from both is encouraged.
9. Feedback and Questions: Feel free to ask questions or share feedback after the class.
